Some classes of business are simply much more failure prone than others. For example, restaurants go out of bussines quite frequently, so even if one looks like it is going to be a good business investment, you would probably be wiser to stay away from it. If you investing in a bussines that is offering some revolutionary new product, you should be pretty sure not only that the product really is good, but that they are doing a good job of advertising it. Otherwise, it will not succeed.
